Terms and conditions


  • On booking your golf holiday you are entering into a contract with Chip In Golf Tours.
  • A deposit of €50 per person is payable upon receipt of your booking confirmation.
    This deposit is non-refundable.
  • Some bookings may incur a further deposit depending on the destination.  This will be specified in your confirmation.
  • It is important that all details in the confirmation are correct.  Please inform Chip In Golf Tours of any discrepancies immediately.
  • The balance payment for your holiday must be made 6 weeks (42 days) before departure date.
    Travel documents will not be issued until all monies due are paid.
  • If in the unlikely event a booking confirmation must be altered due to circumstances out of the control of Chip In Golf Tours, we will endeavour to provide an alternative package of a similar standard.

Cancellation Policy:

  • If you need to cancel or amend your travel plans you must inform Chip In Golf Tours immediately in writing.
  • Cancel more than 35 days before departure incurs a charge of 40% of booking value
  • Cancel between 34 – 21 days before departure incurs a charge of 70% of booking value
  • Cancel 20 days and less before departure incurs a 100% charge of booking value

Travel Insurance:

  • Chip In Golf Tours recommends all clients have their own Travel Insurance Policy in place before travelling.

Damage and Liability:

  • All clients booked through Chip In Golf Tours travel at their own risk.  Chip In Golf Tours cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to persons or their property while on holiday.
  • Chip In Golf Tours is not responsible for any damages caused by clients.
